Hydro-testing

We’re happy to announce that on 02.09.2008 our company’s Test Laboratory received the Accreditation for Technical Permission in the National System of Standardization AZS (Certificate no. AZ031.01.11.0373.08). The Document was given by the State Agency of Standardization, Metrology and Patent of Azerbaijan Republic and is valid till 02.09.2009. The Certificate gives us the right and opportunity to analyze the Industrial Gases such as Nitrogen, Oxygen, Carbon, Argon, Gas mixtures, etc., using chemical methods and gas analyzer. We’ve obtained the Thermco, Model 6900 9 Range Gas Mixture Analyzer that is designed for the measurement of gas mixtures produced in the industrial gas industry.

The analyzer is designed to quickly (3 to 5 minutes) analyze a gas cylinder, without the use of calibration standards, wet chemicals, or special knowledge of gas analysis instrumentation. The analyzer is designed so that it may be used directly in the cylinder filling environment. The analyzer may also be used to check gas mixing systems in the field. If desired, the analyzer may be ran continuously as an on-stream analyzer. A linear 4-20 mA output is available on all ranges. As a result of the gas analyzing we provide the Certificate of gas purity. We hope that this event will support and even improve our successful business cooperation with our clients.

Quads can be with manifold system for distribution of gas. Each quad passes testing every 6 months for offshore/ onshore use. Structure Design and distribution mechanical design of quads gives assurance in their quality. All quads are supplying with certification.
